Excel Temporary Service is currently hiring in St. Louis, MO for a "Fence Installer helper".
TEMP-TO-HIRE.
M-Fri
6:00am-2:30pm (or 3:30pm)
Weekends: Some Saturdays occasionally but rare.
Pays $20 OR MORE depending on fence installation & or welding experience.
Primary responsibility will be to assist the existing lead person in the installation of custom wrought iron fencing,gates, railings, etc. The ability to read a tape measure, a level, and general construction skills are required (working with drills, grinders, saws, etc.) Welding and metal working skills is a PLUS. This position requires lifting & manual labor to dig post holes & mix concrete. Some assisatcne from a truck crane and/or extra hands to lift with other emplyees is usually the norm. The stamina to lift heavy items repeatedly of 80 lbs or more would be important in this position.
From time to time you may be in the shop working as a helper or running errands when inclement weather effects the installation schedule.
Our installers work outside all year long during all weather conditions except precipetation.
Basic math test may be given during interview.
MUST have a clean criminal background.
