Excel is currently hiring a GENERAL PURPOSE LABORER.
TEMP-TO-HIRE.
1st shift
Monday-Friday
5:30am-4:00pm w/ opportunities for OT
PAYS $22.00/hr.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we are looking for:
- Interpret mechanical blueprints accurately. (Will train)
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Perform various physical duties as assigned. Some duties are but not limited to insulating oven panels and operate spot welder and operate various power tools.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Work with various power tools.
- Cut, thread, and assemble PCV and CPVC assemblies.
- Perform minor janitorial duties such as empty trash cans and sweep floors.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
Required Education and Experience:
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Will train.
- Excellent stamina, strength, and dexterity.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
