Construction General Labor

Excel Temporary Service in Cookeville, TN is looking for certified forklift operators, and general labor workers for a construction company based in Monterey, TN. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm. Starting pay is $14/hour for forklift drivers, and $11/hour for general labor. Job Duties:

• Cleaning up the job site
• Throwing scrap materials into the dumpsters
• Moving building materials

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening
• Must undergo a background check
  • No charges in the past 5 years
• Must provide proof of certification for the forklift position only
• Smoking only allowed during lunch break
• Must go through a safety class
• Will be expected to supply own steel-toed boots, hard hat, glasses, and vest
