Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Have valid driver's license and own transportation

Hours: 35 - 40 hours a week

Contract: Contract only 6 months
Pay: $18 - $20/hr

A busy inside sales office is looking for a skilled administrative office person to add to the team. Will be responsible for assisting with the following:

Enter repeat orders into the system.
• Handle some of the detail steps needed to process orders for new items.
• Assist with securing TIFF files and Epsons for new item orders.
• Enter sample requests.
• Minor account interaction for repeat orders and releases of orders.

Our thoughts about the skills that would be needed are as follows:

• General computer skills (especially Excel)
• Customer Service skills would be a plusF
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Data entry
• Understanding of measurements and fractions
• Monday through Friday work week during normal business hours.
• Knowledge of printing and folding cartons would be a plus.
