Excel is currently hiring a SHIPPING PERSONNEL for Gerald, MO
Candidates that when they convert to permanent status after 90 days, you will be given a $500 Signing Bonus AND they will be eligible for a .75 cent/per hour perfect attendance incentive each week. They will have 40 hours of PTO available to them at their conversion date, and after they have been with us 30 days, they are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits the first of the month following their 30-day mark!
Education, Training, Skills and Licenses Required
Previous experience with shipping processes such as pulling and packing
Ability to read and understand customer requirements on orders
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Eventual forklift certification will be required
Read and understand customer requirements on orders
Pull and count parts from assigned locations with barcode scanning device and correctly document on customer orders
Understand method of shipment and packing requirements
Understand customer shipping requirements; labeling, packaging, required documentation
Good attendance is required for this position

This job operates in a manufacturing environment with no air conditioning and loud machine noises. Employee is required to wear safety glasses at all times.
