Job Description

General Labor - Pallet Mill

We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer at our Pallet Mill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and stack lumber according to grade
  • Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
  • Assist in the assembly and repair of pallets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable and punctual
