Job Description: Cherry Picker Equipment Operator at Lumber Mill

We are seeking a skilled Cherry Picker Equipment Operator to join our team at the lumber mill. As a crucial member of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating cherry picker equipment to move materials and goods within the mill.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate cherry picker equipment to transport materials around the lumber mill
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

  • Prior experience operating cherry picker equipment in an industrial setting preferred
  • Valid certification to operate cherry picker equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and focus on safety
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
