Excel Temporary Service  is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing team!

 We are looking to hire a goal-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow our business. This role is for a highly motivated individual that demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality. The BDM is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.

• Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

• Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management and planning skills

• Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

  Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
