Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, and CNC machining.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load and unload materials into the machine
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions
- Use hand tools to make minor repairs or adjustments
- Operate other machinery such as stamping presses as required
