Diesel Mechanic Technician
Inspects, diagnosed and repairs diesel-powered vehicles and machines such as trucks, forklifts, trailer. Duties include but not limited to running diagnostic tests, replacing the vehicles' engine transmission steering mechanism or braking systems.
Advanced knowledge of a vehicle , electrical system and mechanisms of a diesel engine. Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and repair equipment. Comfortable using mechanical and electrical power tools with Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license required.
High School or GED and certification and training in diesel engine repair from vo-tech or community college preferred but will consider years of experience in like field. Pay will be based on experience and performance.
