Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all logistical operations to ensure the seamless flow of inventory in and out of the warehouse, meeting our operational deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Ability to assist mixer and dryer operators with quality checks
  • Proficient in managing the movement of raw materials within the warehouse
  • Demonstrated expertise in processing raw materials effectively to achieve daily production targets
  • Prior experience in conducting cycle counts
  • Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one
  • Skilled in loading, unloading, and operating the tram
  • Advanced proficiency in handling paperwork for truck loading and unloading
  • Dedication to prioritizing safety protocols in all lifting activities
  • Aptitude for stacking items up to 2 levels high efficiently
  • Familiarity with 5S principles for warehouse organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
