Maintenance Technician - Lumber Mill

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our esteemed lumber mill. We are looking for a candidate with  experience in industrial machinery maintenance, prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues through diagnostics and repairs
  • Conduct thorough inspections and functional tests on machinery
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and address operational challenges
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times
  • Experience with Diesel Engines is advantageous

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Technician within an industrial environment
  • Proficient in mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting techniques
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
