Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked in stores, maintaining inventory control, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Market and promote products to increase sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with store management to determine product placement and displays
- Organize and arrange merchandise on shelves and displays
- Use cash registers to process customer transactions accurately
- Price products according to company guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues
- Supervise and train store staff on merchandising techniques
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize loss or theft
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Experience:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures is a plus
- Multilingual skills are a plus
