Join our team as a Form Preparation & Warehouse Associate, where youll play a key role in ensuring our products are cleaned, inspected, and shipped to meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound formas by counting and verifying shipments against expected receipts.
• Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns to the supervisor, manager, or team lead.
• Evaluate forms to determine cleaning, oiling, or repair requirement and sort materials accordingly.
• Safely operate hand tools to remove debris, damaged wood, or other imperfections from forms.
• Safely use power tools, including grinders and table grinders, to clean, and prepare forms for reuse
• Apply fresh from oil using company approved sprayers to ensure products are properly conditioned
• Organized, stack, and store cleaned and prepare forms by size and category for efficient inventory management.
• Pick and stage prepared forms for customer orders and intercompany transfer.
• assist with shipping activities, including wrapping products, labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing routine housekeeping task such as sweeping, mopping, and general shop clean up.
• Perform repairs on damaged but reusable forms according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while contributing to a positive, team oriented work environment.

Requirements of job:

1. Able to lift 75lbs.
2. Use all provided PPE as instructed/intended.
3. Operate forklift, pallet jack, grinder, and hand tools such as hammers and chisels.
4. Basic math such as counting, adding, and calculating area (length x width).
5. Safe use of water-based form oil and applicator.
6. Other duties as assigned.
