Our current opening is an entry-level General Purpose Laborer for our plant. The individual will support various departments by interpreting mechanical blueprints, determining appropriate power or cutting tools for each job, assembling metal pieces, and performing minor janitorial duties. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, excellent math skills, and be self-motivated and collaborative!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities we are looking for:

• Interpret mechanical blueprints accurately. (Will train)
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Perform various physical duties as assigned. Some duties are but are not limited to insulating oven panels and operating spot welders and operating various power tools.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Work with various power tools.
• Cut, thread, and assemble PCV and CPVC assemblies.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Will train.
• Excellent stamina, strength, and dexterity.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
