Join Our Team as a Headsaw Operator at the Lumber Mill

Are you skilled and experienced in operating machinery to cut logs into lumber? We're looking for a Headsaw Operator to be a part of our team at the lumber mill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate headsaw equipment to cut logs into lumber
  • Adjust and align cutting blades and saws
  • Monitor machinery for any issues or malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a headsaw operator or in a similar role at a lumber mill
  • Knowledge of lumber processing machinery and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment

Extensive Experience in the lumber / sawmill industry operating equipment particularly Head Saw Operator experience.
