Machine Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work efficiently to ensure the smooth running of production.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up machinery based on production requirements
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure high quality and compliance with safety regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs as needed
  • Ensure production quotas are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Machine Operator
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read blueprints and manuals
  • Attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina
  • High school diploma or equivalent
