Molder/ casting/ Aluminum
Must wear gloves, boots, and long denim pants. No shorts, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, or sandal/ open toe shoes.
Ability to work in extreme heat.
Ability to lift steel ladles. Sometimes 50lbs or more. Most ladles that are used are 10lb ladles. But, occasionally heavier ones are required.
Must be able to follow instructions from your trainer on how to prep mold, pour casting, and how to eject casting.
You will be under direct supervision until you can safely and productively produce good parts.
You will be given light ladles and easy molds till you progress to the more complex molds.
This job takes time to learn and we will give you all the training and support you need to be successful.
Shift under training is 4am to 2pm Monday through Friday. You will get a 30 minute paid lunch.
