Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness. Your expertise in patient care and knowledge of various therapeutic techniques will be crucial in providing effective treatment.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility
- Utilize trigger point therapy and other specialized techniques to address specific areas of pain or dysfunction
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
