Schedule
12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule)
Alternating day and night shifts every two weeks
Responsibilities
Safely operate production equipment
Assist with equipment start-ups, shutdowns, product changeovers, and clearing machine jams
Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
Complete quality inspections and production documentation
Operate a forklift
Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all safety procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic English skills required for safety and communication
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. with assistance
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Requirements
Steel-toe boots
Long-sleeved shirt and long pants
Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, and gloves
No dangling jewelry
Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
Must pass a 7-year background check (including SSN verification and Sex Offender Registry)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
