Description: We are seeking a Retread Technician for our manufacturing plant in West Plains. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

  • Perform retreading operations on tires
  • Inspect tires for abnormalities and quality standards
  • Operate retreading machinery and equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tire retreading or related manufacturing field
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
