Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience with plasma cutting, mechanical knowledge, and assembly.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Assemble components and parts as required
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure accurate measurements
- Perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and dimensions
- Safely operate cranes or other lifting equipment as needed
- Conduct welding tasks as required
- Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for precision manufacturing

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Proficient in plasma cutting techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Basic math skills for calculations and dimensions
- Experience operating cranes or other lifting equipment is a plus
- Welding experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus
