Shear Operator Position Available in Fenton, MO.
Shift: Day shift
5:30am-4:00pm
4x10
Starting Pay: $21.00/hr.
No experience needed.
MUST have 1 year manufacturing experience.
MUST be able to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/16"; repetitive, cutting all day.

Overview:
Join our team as an Operator where you will be responsible for operating machinery to perform various tasks in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in machine operations and a solid understanding of precision techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely to complete assigned tasks
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments for quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and meet production goals
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Assist with material handling and inventory management when required
