Job Description

I am looking to hire someone right away for a warehouse office administration position in Weatherford Tx. Pay will depend on your experience, but somewhere between $15-$18 an hour weekly pay.
Hours are M-F 7am-4:30pm
This is a skilled position and will require experience.
The position details are as follows:
Admin Assistant
Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting in administrative tasks associated with Processing incoming orders, outgoing
orders, daily tasks, and handling writing and distribution of email correspondence regarding scheduling.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare production package for release to the floor
Coordinates with the Scheduling / Planning Supervisor to prepare daily and long term production schedule
Develops delivery commitments by coordinating scheduling activities with Planning and Shipping teams to
balance production capacity, productivity, and on-time delivery metrics
Coordinates one-time orders with production and planning supervisors and provides ship dates to customer in a
timely manner.
Assist in documenting all production activities for analysis per policy and procedures established
Evaluates expedited requests as required and responds in a timely manner
Promotes documentation of all procedures and processes instead of tribal knowledge containment
Identify and implement ways to improve and promote efficiency and quality
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Work with the current staff to help establish operational procedures for all warehouse activities such as production
line activities, verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping
assigned warehouse inventory current
Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions such as
production, sales, accounting, and purchasing

Understand all aspects of production and issues that may affect operations
High attention to detail and accuracy in work
Must be dependable and professional
Bilingual – in Spanish and English preferred
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or equivalent experience
6 years of warehouse experience
2-4 years of Office admin experience
1-2 years of project management and oversight experience
Experience with Lean Manufacturing
Qualifications that will need to be obtained:
Expertise in Microsoft outlook
Proficiency with standard Microsoft excel
Safety First leadership example
Working Conditions:
This position is located in a production / manufacturing work environment
The employee may be exposed to high noise level, manufacturing/electrical equipment, pressurized equipment, moving
objects, hazardous materials, fumes/odors, dirt/dust, and warm/cold temperatures.
Personal protective equipment is required when on the production floor in identified areas: steel toe boots, glove hand
protection, hearing protection and eye protection. No loose clothing, jewelry, or accessories are allowed.
